Math Practice Start Page featuring Dad's Math Practicer

This program will help you improve your math skills. One of the easiest things you can do to get better at math is to memorize the multiplication tables up through 12. A good benchmark is to be able to complete 100 basic multiplication problems in 5 minutes, or 3 seconds per problem.

Instructions: Choose a practice set and click "go!". You will be presented with a set of problems. Answer each problem on the page by typing your answer in the box. After entering the answers, click the "Hand in" button to let the computer check your work. If you got them all right, you will see a page with how long it took you to complete the practice set. If you got any wrong, the page will be returned with correct answers accepted and wrong answers still editable.

Try to do at least 100 problems per night. Once you reach your goal of 3 seconds per problem, switch to mixed multiplication/division to keep your skills honed!

Tip: As your speed increases, you will find that using a mouse to click on the next answer actually slows you down. Try entering numbers with your right hand on the numeric keypad and your left hand on the "Tab" key to advance to the next answer box. It really speeds things up! You will be unbeatable! Awesome!
